Open to the public since recently and already a DDW hotspot! The Graduation Show 2018 will be the first edition in almost two decades to take place outside the walls of Design Academy Eindhoven. G18 presents 208 projects by 185 graduates.I like to go to Graduation Shows, thats how i can see what to expect in future.

Basic income coffee – 1st fo free, 2nd – make it urself – uses the flow of coffee as a tangible metaphor for the flow of money in 2 different basic income scenarios

A coffee set that questions the idea of “normality”

3 HUMAN PELT – Tufted wearables inspired by animal pelts to impress others and distinguish yourself from the crowd, while also creating a shelter for the human body.

4 Introducing a uniform into everyday life

1 This public seats r made for women only to encourage them to claim their space in the way that comes naturally to the opposite sex, legs wide apart

2 This light installation is a poetic interpretation of the lights we use in the city at night and the shadows they cast

3 A chair that makes us aware how far below sea-level we live in the Netherlands

1 A kinetic installation in which the simple act of breathing causes a soft textile texture to ripple and flow like the foamy surface of the sea. 

2 Made with pleasure – production is to shoot clay balls into a mould

1 Three standard office seats have been digitally stretched, blown up and morphed. The off-size frames were 3D-printed
